Prince Ash, Antoinne Simpson, and Eugene Spagner
Late into the evening on November 11th, officers pulled up to the area of 1200 Scott Avenue in Clovis and detained a vehicle leaving the location from which gunshots had reportedly just been fired.
In the car were 31 year-old Prince Ash and 29 year-old Eugene Spagner of Fresno. After confirming the males were involved in what was determined to be a home invasion robbery, they were promptly placed under arrest without incident.
A third suspect was found at the scene, 28 year-old Antoinne Simpson, suffering from a gunshot wound. Simpson was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
“The armed suspects forced entry into the victim’s home and assaulted him while his wife and children were present,” stated the Clovis Police Department.
The victim, found inside his home, was also transported to a local hospital for a head injury which occurred during the invasion. The suspects knew the victim and a motive is still under investigation.
All three suspects have been booked into Fresno County Jail. Their charges include felony child endangerment, conspiracy, home invasion robbery, and assault with a deadly weapon.
