Christina Mills, Danielle Russel and Julia Russel
Three women have been arrested and charged with kidnapping, robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Late into the evening on November 30th Tulare County Police Officers were called to State Route 137 and Road 68 after a distressed looking woman was spotted walking on the side of the road of the rural area.
The adult female, whose identity has not been disclosed, stated three women forcibly took her from her Tulare home and drove her to the outskirts of Tulare, where they beat and robbed her.
Warrants were issued on December 1st and the three women, Julia Russel (22) of Clovis, Danielle Russel (26) and Christina Mills (28) of Tulare, were arrested without incident. Police are not releasing the possible motive at this time.
