FONTANA – He wanted the front seat so badly, he killed the other guy who wanted it as well.
On Sunday night a call came to the FPD about a shooting. Police responded to the 15100 block of Coleen. There they came upon a gunshot victim with a shot to his chest.
19-year-old Jalen Wilson later died at a local hospital. The press release states that investigators “quickly” identified the suspect.
They also quickly arrested 19-year-old Sergio Orozco, the next day.
Apparently Orozco, Wilson and a third person left a party and a disagreement arose concerning the seating arrangement in their car.
Then, as the FPD press release says, “Orozco then pulled out a handgun and shot Wilson in the chest.”
The exact charge, and any bail, is not released.
