Evicted Aggressor at 12-step Center Gets Tased a Few Steps After Resisting Arrest

PETALUMA – On Monday April 27, Petaluma Police Department (PPD) issued a Press Release about a man arrested for battery on a citizen. At approximately 12:30 pm April 27, PPD
