Suspects Arrested in relation to Killing of a Cannabis Delivery Driver

PLEASANT HILL, CA — Three suspects have been arrested in connection with a gang-related killing of a cannabis delivery driver. The victim Peter Popovich, 63, was killed during a shootout.
