Suspect Dealing Heroin in Bakersfield is Arrested

BAKERSFIELD — A 39-year-old man was arrested last Thursday after authorities concluded a detailed and lengthy investigation into the sales of heroin in and around the Bakersfield area. Rigoberto Birrueta from
