Police Arrest Man at San Ramon Hotel in Attempted Kidnapping

San Ramon Police said they arrested a 24-year-old man Saturday morning on suspicion of attempting to kidnap his ex-girlfriend. The suspect, 24-year-old Daniel Richard Medina, was arrested at the Extended Stay America
