Novato PD Launches SCRAM, Community Surveillance Camera Registry

NOVATO – On Wednesday August 19th, the Novato Police Department (NPD) issued a Community Bulletin detailing the launch of a community-based crime-fighting tool called Surveillance Camera Registry and Monitoring (SCRAM).
