Carjacking suspect shoots, kills bystander who attempted to stop him

MILPITAS — The Milpitas Police Department announced the arrest in the city’s first homicide of the year.  According to Lieutenant Raj Maharaj with the Milpitas Police Department, “On Friday, February 10,
