CHINO HILLS – An ‘assault with a deadly weapon’ call to Chino Hills Police Department at 11:21 AM yesterday sent CHPD Deputies to the 13000 block of Emerald Way. The victim had been struck several times on the head with a skateboard and was transported to an area hospital to be treated for his injuries. Eric Frazin (31) of Chino Hills was identified as the suspect in the attack.
